blind bleast not dropping passive book

I defeated the blind beast twice in two separate instances and he did not drop the passive book either time.

Guys it got swapped in the patch notes, now that book is assigned to the "dark mists" quest (delirium act 4 thing), and Tujen gives it after talking with him
