Chaos Tornado?

Maybe let us use chaos burning ground (burning inscription + blackflame covenant) or even just a fire tornado + blackflame covenant to produce a chaos tornado?

I'm not sure if burning inscription really deals a chaos ignite or if it's just cosmetic but this looks and feels wrong either way, at least:
