Tornado bird in maps

Ok... How is it considered a GOOD thing for a boss to have a "I will kill you in under 3 seconds if you get to close to me" zone around them for literally 1 minute in a fight? Oh, and that zone moves with the boss who will do rapid movement attacks onto you. If you are ranged, maybe not so much of a problem as you can probably knock the boss during this, but melee on tornado bird is literally "Welp, hope i get lucky to dodge or hope I found a +1 million HP item somewhere because otherwise this guy kills me".

I am not running the map juiced, I am decently geared (no issues with other bosses), and yet this bird will 100-0 me in under 3 seconds during a phase where my druid CANNOT HIT HIM BECAUSE OF THE STUPID TORNADO! I do not enjoy just trying to dodge for a minute straight in a fight, where if I miss the dodge the fight is over. I do not know of anyone who does. GGG, PLEASE FIX THE STUPID BIRD OR REMOVE IT!

IME you need 30% movement speed to outrun the twisters. Once I got that, I was able to kill the Sky Seer most of the time, even with cheesy DPS. If you don't have movement speed yet, just avoid Cenotes for a while.

I have 20% MS, the issue was that he would do a divebomb, while in the twister that lands right on top of you. You cannot see him doing the charge up for it, because the twister blocks the view of the boss model, and it follows him IMMEDIATLY (no travel time from where he was to where he dove to). Saying you NEED a max tier mod on boots to avoid an attack is not an answer for a normal map boss. This thing is not an Uber, it should not REQUIRE a t1 mod for any of it's attacks at t1 maps.
