PoE2 performance

Hi, last league i was having huge fps drops after playing for half an hour, and had to reload the game constantly. This patch my fps is almost double compared to last patch, but the new problem appeared. Now after playing for some time, textures loose almost all details and look like im playing runescape. Loading screens become long too, and item descriptions don't load in the inventory. So i still need to relogin every 30 min. It is supposed to be a problem with my internet, however downloading things works fine and other online games work. I was wondering if its a bug or just game needs faster connection this patch in return for fps. Has anyone else experienced it?
