Act 3: The Matlan Waterways crash

Xbox on druid. When near levers casting volcano disconnects you from the game. When interacting with the levers will disconnect you from the game.

I was seeing the same thing on Steam using a controller, but I seem to have found a workaround. It seems to be anything that shapeshifts me back to human form in that area. If I do it right after entering, I can do it safely, but going further in seemed to make any shapeshift back to human disconnect. Not sure exactly what the difference was, but I couldn't get past the first lever because of it. I tried rebooting both the game client and the PC, but neither fixed it. I was about to post here offering more detail when I tried one more thing, deleting the shader cache, and that seems to have worked.

I was having a similar issue with Act 3 in Mechanarium. If you are using "Barkskin" remove this from your skill list and try again. I did this and was able to continue the mission. I see there are many similar issues related to shapeshifting but I found a post that noted Barkskin was a leading cause and it worked for me
