Vaal Ruins - Cant interact with workbenches/levers/etc.

I cannot interact with workbenches/vault levers/any non-item interactable in Vaal Ruins. Levers appear and are 'useable', but don't work, and workbenches are visible on the mini-map, and their models are visible in-game, but not their nameplates, and they cannot be clicked or interacted with. This may be multiplayer only?

Additionally in multiplayer, it appears the instance manager cannot be opened, if you leave your party prior any of you to entering a ruin, you will load into one party member's map and be unable to switch to your own, even if you're at the required number of red gems.

Exactly the same problem and it was while I was partied with a friend. We both entered the temple at the same time and neither of us can interact with any of the tables. Levers work but don't open the vault door.

I tried leaving the party. Re-entering the temple. Logging to character screen then re-entering the temple. No change.
