Bonestorm Spell Totem bugged cast speed

Bonestorm totems seem to have bugged cast speed, taking significant amounts of time to channel the full spell compared to self-casting it, far more than the 25% less cast speed implies.

My tooltip for bonestorm says .13s cast time (compared to a .1s cast time when selfcasting). Selfcasting the spell takes less than a second (as expected with a .1s cast time and Multishot I), but it takes nearly - or over - triple that for the totem to cast, not the 33% more time 25% less cast speed would do.
