POE 2 DRUID BUG

I continue to experience an issue with the herald skills where they randomly toggle off and it indicates that its "not usable with the current weapon set settings" this is the second druid ive made and nothing i have changed should spark this issue. Its happened twice with two different characters where i add a potential item with more spirit and the skill breaks on me and i cannot use it at all. Even when i remove said item it still shows up the same.

I had that too, but turns out that when you're in town or interact with anything you most of the time turn into human form which disables the Spirit Gem

Have the same issue, not in town, herald of ice isn't broken but herald of ash is. I've tried to respec to undo the scepter node and take off the scepters and still won't activate even with everything else deactivated. I have plenty of strength, meet all requirements, in wyvern form, in the instance. Still get the "not usable with the current weapon set settings". I am pretty sure this is a bug at this point, not user error.
