Weapon set bug (likely talismans)

Im pretty familiarized with the system since the 0.3 rework where you can assign the same weapon to both sets.

I got different dps in some skills WITHOUT allocating any weapon set skill point (so all the points are the same for both sets) depending if I use the skill with set I or II.

In addition to that, weapon swap that should be instant is not now, at least if I use a skill in the weapon set I and then II, both being in bear form. Didn't test anymore scenarios such as wolf,wyvern nor human form.

I pressume it is a bug but I'd like to know if there is any implicit restriction within shapeshifting that I'm missing in the context of weapon swaps.
