Can't Cast Spells While Holding Only Talisman(s)

Spells such as elemental weakness are unable to be cast while wielding two talismans (or a single talisman locked to both weapon sets.) The in-game tooltips offer conflicting information about this mechanic.

The "Talismans" tooltip states, "Skills that cannot be used in a Shapeshift form cannot be used with Talismans." Which is how it currently works in game.

The "Shapeshift" tooltip states, "Using a skill that is not compatible with your Shapeshifted form will automatically Shapeshift you back to human form." Which is how I believe it should work.

I believe this is a bug or at least an oversight because every other martial weapon can cast spells and because this drawback goes against the whole idea of mixing primal spells and attacks.

I think it makes sense cause you can't speak in animal form. I use dual talismans so I can't even select a spell gem when making gems. No plant spells for me, I'm doing a feral build heh.

There's no good reason why you can't shapeshift back to human form and cast a spell while holding a talisman. Especially because this is exactly what happens if your second weapon set is completely empty.
