Vaal Ruins Temple Console not clickable

I zone in and the console comes out of the ground, but i cant click on it. Any ideas? i've tried rezoning a few times, but nothing. Restarted game as well. I did create a temple and then teleport out of the dungeon before starting my run, but why would that cause this to happen?

I did the exact same, built the temple, zoned out, no longer able to interact with the console to run it.



Once I'd energised a full set of beacons I was able to run the temple again.

I think I ended up entering the Vaal Ruins at 7/6 seals. I then placed rooms, but never hit the 'run temple' button. I then beat Act III, and now the console is inaccessible.

At 12 or 13 seals, I had the option to summon Doryani and Alva and was able to continue. So, maybe not a bug, but definitely not well described behavior.
