Poe2 pacing & identity feels off

First off this is my opinion, you agree or disagree but don't call me a tourist or skill issue or any variation. I am just looking to give my input.
Also, I do appreciate GGG for making a great game. I had a lot of fun with over +1000 hours. My key issues. When I play version .4 this league I played 20 hours on my poison pathfinder builder. I appreciate bosses need difficulty and needing more skills etc, and I enjoy a tough battle. But reality is... when i hit level 58 I tried to put in nova etc which worked in .3 which would let me screen clear trash without thinking. I feel even the trash battles... it feels like too much work running retreating as I am getting surrounded. I picked a predictable starter so i could map and get my bearings but I am not feeling it, and i dont want to start a new character as the other character seem lack luster already on screen clearing. .1 I had a tonnes of fun, enjoyed the power and everything... But it did need to dialled back. .2 Dare not to say the name - i played minion couldnt even kill act2 boss with minion after practing all in .1. I stepped away from that league. .3 the balance actually felt really good to me in the right direction between screen clearing and boss battles. I do agree it needed some adjustment. .4 well.. you took away nova...? why??? I don't want to have to keep targetting trash enemies to kill them. Bosses I totally get, you need focus! but just trash battles i just want click and go. A super unique spawn great, I jump into boss fighting mode and i have a bunch of fun. I dont want the entire game feeling like a chore.... my point is the game need to pick it's identity and nerfing everything to the ground and useless. Some mechanics can be nerfed but not to this extreme. I am probly sitting out of this league, and may play a bit if i get bored. But I hope you figure out the identity as a gaming company. otherwise thanks for all the great entertainment I had so far. Last bumped13 дек. 2025 г., 23:04:13
