Scold's Bridle + Adaptation = Bugged

When using Scold's Bridle with physical damage converted to cold, fire, or lightning damage, the hit taken does not give an adaptation stack.

This was tested both with the ascendancy node 'Avatar of Evolution' which grants 5% of physical damage converted to cold, fire and lightning and with only one source of physical damage convert via the notable 'Molten Being'. (I figured using 'Avatar of Evolution' would give a random adaptation if you have equal cold, fire, and lightning conversion and equal resistances).

The damage received from Scold's Bridle after converting it's damage does work for many other on hit effects such as charms which makes me think that it not working to generate adaptation stacks is either a bug or wrong wording on the ascendancy node 'Reactive Growth' which states "Adapt to the highest Elemental Damage Type of each Hit you take".

Hopefully this bug / wording error can be fixed and/or clarified. This combo seems very cool and has many use cases on shaman in particular and was very disappointed when I found it not to be working.
