Barkskin looks like its to be blasted into oblivion as dust, and you all are just laughing giddy with glee just for even trying to use Armour, even daring to try for hybrid investment. At this point, to not speak in absolutes, I‘m convinced by now why Energy Shield is referred to as blue life, and I feel foolish for trying to rely on it as a secondary survival measure regarding layering my EHP, mitigation, avoidance, and recovery, given how much more hoops and investment it takes to have any decent degree of functional armour it takes just to stop a small hit that‘ll always become less effective from taking anything more as well as be capped in comparison to just going pure ES.
