Lunar assault wrong quality gain

The lunar assault skill gem grants 10% phys as extra cold from quality instead of generic damage as extra cold. If i understand the wiki correctly this only scales 20% of the damage since the gem inherently converts 80% phys to cold before the gain applies.

Could also just be a broken description.
