bug: not able to interact with levers/benches in personal vaal temple

I haven't been able to interact with any interactibles of the different rooms within my vaal temple since the campaign.
It does showcase the animation, however any levers I pull don't result in anything whereas benches and other interactibles aren't even clickable or showing up as interactible.

My current quest status is that I need to defeat the Royal Architect and I can build the rooms just fine, they are also upgrading along the way.

Is there a way to improve/reset this so I can have a use of the league mechanic?
