No tome mtx for beating the druid

I can't seem to get the tome hip attachment from the druid in act 1 for this patch.

I've tried it on 2 druids and a sorceress to no avail. My first druid I actually logged out to update my Graphics card drivers and didn't actually beat him but when I got back into the game he was dead.

I received the clearfell and count guy MTX, just can't seem to get the druid one.
