Cant play the game all support buff are bugged

Playing poison bow, so I have wind dancer, herald of plague and herald of blood. Neither of those can be activated, out of nowhere it started to display this message:

Item can not be used
-Not usable with current Weapon Set settings

Im using bow and quiver, tried a lot of things to fix it, but without success

i think you have none of the "used with weapon set" checkmarks ticked.
so u can't use them with any of your weapon sets.
(you know at the bottom of the skill description on the skills tab where u socket the gems)
we ran into this issue as well but this is how it got fixed.
