Knight gaunt and phasing enemies

Some enemies need tuning in how often they phase out of existence. Knight gaunt as an example, does one attack and phases quickly after. Just fought a rare with frozen trail and evasive, where it popped out to do one attack then phase out quickly. They should probably be doing than just one attack before phasing, or at least make the phase transition a smidge longer.
