Thrill of the Kill Support Gem bug

Hi GGG,

Having tons of fun so far, wanated to help by reporting a bug I ran into.

When 'Thrill of the Kill' Support Gen is slotted into 'Killing Palm' it does not always apply the 'Attacks Gain 25% of Damage as Lightining for 98 Seconds' upon culling an enemy.

Bug is easy to recreate.

1. Issue is observed when the 'Killing Palm' initial hit outright kills an enemy. Upon killing an enemy the Power Charge will be granted, but no 'Thrill of the Kill' buff is observed.

2. Walk up to a mob, hit it with any attack that will not outrigt kill the enemy, mob becomes Highlighted, then use Killing Palm. Power Charge will be granted AND you get the Thrill of the Kill buff as seen in the Skills Panel DMG number display.

This might be intended? In scenario 1 the mob never becomes highlted as "cullable" because it dies outright. It does provide the power charge though (killing palm also perform a culling). Maybe the 'Killing Palm' culling hit is overwriting the 'Thrill of the Kill' culling status check?

If intended, might not be as useful as I suspect as this will also be bugged with other Skills.
