Azmadi dissappearing midfight

Midfight Azmadi positioned himself on the corner of the fight and transformed into his circular blade stage, where there spawns a circle of like 20 blades and eventually he becomes one of them.

Unfortunately he never transformed back and just vanished midfight. Could have been because some blades where outside the fighting area.

Now I'm stuck in the fight without having the option to progress or kill him.
Stuck in the middle of the room.

Please look into this!

Same issue there, he said Death, from every angle, and disappeared without coming back. he was near the middle, top part of the arena
