Ferocious Roar causes Desync/Rubberbanding in party play

As per title, in party play spamming any warcry socketed in Ferocious Roar will cause the party members to experience Desync.

I have tested bear form and all its abilities in party play, it is only Ferocious Roar that's causing this.

Using enraged warcry to bypass cooldown and share charges generated from rage use with allies via Resonance.
