[Bug Report] Act IV - Jacob, the Town Spoiler

Jacob, the Town Crier seems to be an addition to Kingsmarch. I do like him but it seems like he just yells out whatever he feels like:

I just arrived in Act IV and haven't done anything besides going to Journey's End and killing Captain Hartlin. As you can see, he does comment on it but he also comments on other stuff like Makorus rescue (which happens at the end of Act IV) or Kanus betrayel (also rather end'ish of Act IV).

I assume he reacts to the quest progress of people getting close to him. Although that's a nice touch, it's also rather spoilerish for people (like him) who pay attention to the story and would like not to be spoilered.

On another note I found something that I assume is a visual bug? When talking to people in Act IV, their name plate is split in half:

Sometimes it's more visible than other times. I had one encounter (I think with Freya Hartling) where the nameplate was cut in three pieces.
