Second weapon (Bow) cannot be used

When I switch to my second bow, the Bow cannot be used.
I did removed the gems that was double !
Also I have 3 Skills that indicate "Incorect Weapon Type"

Note that if I try this bow as my firs weapon, then I can use it and the Skills do not have the problem !

I did try so many things but cannot resolve it so far !!!
