Issue with Map atlas passives/progression

Hello GGG Support,

I believe there may be an issue with my account or with Atlas progression related to Corrupted Nexus encounters.

I recently reached endgame and completed a Corrupted Nexus using a Tier 4 Waystone (rare, with four modifiers). The area was successfully cleansed, but I did not receive any Atlas map progression or Atlas points.

To rule out user error, I repeated the process on a second Corrupted Nexus under the same conditions (Tier 4 Waystone, rare, four modifiers). Again, the area was cleansed successfully, but no Atlas progression was granted and no boss appeared.

On my third attempt, I entered a Corrupted Nexus using a Tier 1 Waystone, made rare with an Alchemy Orb (same setup otherwise). This time, the boss spawned correctly and I received the expected Atlas map points.

Based on this behavior, it appears that if the first completion of a Corrupted Nexus is done using a Waystone higher than Tier 1, the boss may not spawn and Atlas progression is not awarded. I wanted to confirm whether this is intended behavior, as I assumed using a higher-tier Waystone for the first completion would still grant progression.

As a result of this, I believe I missed out on 10 Atlas points from the first two attempts where Tier 4 Waystones were used. I have attached screenshots showing two different Corrupted Nexus areas that are cleansed but where my Atlas still only shows 5 points. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a screenshot of the third area, but that attempt did correctly award progression.

I contacted support directly and was advised to post this here for further review.
