Missing 2 Weapon set points

I currently have 22 out of 24 weapon passive points. According to the patch notes, the Blind Beast no longer grants weapon passive points, which I understand. However, the Dark Mists quests also did not give any points, so I’m not sure where the remaining two are supposed to come from. Could you please clarify or help?
