Issue where NPC Dialog boxes close as soon as they are opened.

This issue has been happening to me all league easily fixable by reloading the zone. However, If you reload the zone in trial of sekemas after killing the boss it sends you directly to the next trial. So now I just cannot buy relics from the vendor at all. I have no idea what is causing this issue.
