Right-clicking Quest Icon to Dismiss Also Casts/Attacks

More of a irritant than anything, but I swear this was introduced with the new league.

When you right-click on the quest '!' box to dismiss it, it causes your character to cast a spell or produce a 'can't cast/attack here' error effect.

It just gets a little annoying. Would be nice for it to be fixed.

Adding a +1 to this, unsure if there are other posts already about it. This is the first one I found when searching.
I'm also fairly certain this only started happening this league. I right click to dismiss the ! constantly - it's habit at this point.
Especially annoying when I happen to have a skill with a cooldown or long attack/cast time on right click.
Please fix.

Indeed! Still occurring. I'd like to think it should be a simple fix. Hopefully soon...

It's a very annoying issue, specially with shield wall being on my right click, it always blocks my path after I've dismissed the quest icon.

Ideally though, I'd like an option to not having the icon popup at all. It's very distracting and I always want to dismiss it as soon as it appears.
