Can't use Heralds after capturing a companion | POE 2

Item can not be used:
- Not usable with current Weapon Set settings.

Swapped out gear mutliple times throwing out the companion gem.

Anyone know a solution?

My Solution: click the arrow next to the dps counter and check the weapon set that you dont use.

currently a bug they have yet to acknowledge or make any posts about but its bugged in most classes for random things, mines has been herald of ash with adding more spirit or making item swaps it just randomly bugs out, only solution for me has been making a new herald from a new gem which is a waste of resource especially early game.

A solution to the problem is to open skill panel by pressing the arrow in skill tab and then go down to set weapon slot 1 ore 2. You need to do every time you disable the herald skill.

Its frustrating i know but for now is a solution.

Thank you, this fixed my herald of ash being broken. Didn't even know that was there.

This fixed my issue also... Was just a random "Not going to work" issue.
