Lack of + level of projectile skills on talismans

Currently i am playing Rolling Magma Wyvern and i and noticing that the only +level that rolls on talismans are melee. Can some of the Talisman bases roll +level of projectiles, so that we have more options for shapeshifting ranged builds?
