An easier way to get quality on ascendancy specific skills

Right now gettins 20% quality on an ascendancy skill is not possible to my knowledge, only 15% if I'm correct. Dialla's Desire for 10% and The cunning fox on the passive tree for another 5%. Just wish there was more options to choose from thats all.
