Black Chambers endless loading screen + Deadlock error after 30 min.

Black Chambers loading screen persist for approx 30 mins then im hit with deadlock error. Changing servers or creating new instances doesnt help. Changed drivers multiple times and still the same issue with that location. Previously all other locations worked fine.
