Naviras fracturing not working suddenly

Was working perfectly fine yesterday with no issues

when I cast it now, she comes out and does absolutely nothing.

Yes there is chilled ground
yes there are like 15 enemies on it to make sure
yes this is consistently no longer working for me
Tried switching around support gems removing them completely etc and still nothing.
