Stat change on item with Exalted Orb

My weapon had 5 stats: 3 prefixes and 2 suffixes. I used Perfect battle essence after the first screenshot. Then when I used an Exalted orb later on to add the last suffix mod, it added the mod but also changed the Increased Elemental Damage with Attacks prefix with Accuracy Rating. https://imgur.com/a/sknZw8n
