"cannot enter area after dying" in coop campaign if disconnected when dead

If you die in campaign while in party and disconnect (either by crash or altf4) you are spawned in a new instance of the area and you cannot rejoin the existing area as it says "cannot enter the area after dying", which doesn't make sense for campaign.
