10 minute loading screens

Apologies if re-post, could see anywhere but is anyone else having insane loading screens?

If the window doesn't have focus it won't actually begin rendering.
They real issue is that if that isn't what hammed you up then we won't know until you test it, and if that isn't it then you've just wasted 10+ minutes. IGN : Reamus
