Trial of the Sekhemas

Is TRASH for pure evasion/HP characters. There are way too many AOE skills that will easily 1shot you through ~2k HP. Not only that, you also get a quarter of the honor you would have in an ES build.

It's been said a million times, figured I'd say it again.

Time to for the 4th consecutive time in a row re roll into ES I guess. Might as well respec to bows too while I'm at it, then I can enjoy the game as GGG "envisions" it.

Evasion should prevent a significant portion of honour loss in the first place. If you actually die in a ToS, you really need to work on your player skills.

I've done dozens of Sekhema trials with a pure ES build last league and haven't even failed one of them, much less died in one.

I'm not saying it's hard, I'm saying its unbalanced for pure evasion builds because you have an objectively worse defense layer AND you don't get as much extra honor as you get from ES or armor. This is because we have no life nodes on the tree.

Instead of coming to the forums to do such a pathetic flex maybe try to develop some critical thinking? Sheep like you are the reason the game doesn't get any semblance of balance.

And I'm saying it IS balanced because you don't get hit as much with evasion as ES or armor builds, so you don't need as much honor as those. If you still get hit so much that you die, you're either severely undergeared, underleveled or you lack the necessary motor skills to play an EV character.

Maybe try that yourself and consider that thousands of pure EV builds pass the trials each league without any problems.

ToS really isn't anywhere close to being an important balance issue. You could argue that evasion in general is problematic and unbalanced, but that's not specific to the ToS.

Yeh, i agree.

We playn in party of 2 ppl. I am a druid bear and my friend is stormviwer. When we finished acts and tried 3rd accendency he got almoust 6k (HP+ES) honor and i got 1.9k (my HP pool). And my bear is a melee, each small white mob touch makes minus to honor and i did n notice that armour works, armour (+some %of armour also decrese ele hits), resists and some HP regen\recoup are only defence layer now.

So best way for me to get 3rd accend is chaos temple.

It's called the Trial of SuckMyAss for a reason. Both the ascendancy mechanics are so bad they keep me from trying this game again.

It's definitely the worst change they've done. Even if the gear is bad and the pacing is slow, you can at least rest assured that your character will eventually get there. Not anymore, are you willing to pay for a trial service? Cause we are in this stage now

Try being a melee build and trying to do the third trail...
