Catalyst of Corruption Rooms in Vaal Temple bugged, cannot complete. T1-3 (Images included)

All THREE of my corruption rooms in this Temple could not be completed and even the doors would not open back up. I would just sit there with my bears paw up its butt looking around like "What's next?" because I was actually STUCK as the doors would not open because of the "Complete" not going through, hence no reward/corruption. At first, I thought maybe I was destroying things too fast and thought maybe that's how it bugged but I even let my totem do it all on my second time around just to be sure and it still ended up doing this. And yes, I even took the time to go around the room to every nook, cranny and corner in case they somehow bugged into the walls or through floors or something else with my slam and totem. Even tried going to character selection and coming back in and portaling out to start of Vaal Temple and walking back. Once back in the room(s)(Tried them all multiple times) you would get the blood splash effect to show, doors would shut and you'd just be locked in there all over again with nothing to do. Has happened with four out of the four Catalyst of Corruption rooms I've gotten today.
Because of the three Corruption rooms locking me inside the rooms I actually couldn't complete the Gem one in the middle of them.
T2 room which you can see mobs on floor, probably a good 20ish mobs spawn and then again nothing happens after that.
As soon as I entered this T3 one all it did was spawn this and then nothing else happened.
