Werewolf needs more skills

I think what we currently have for werewolf all feel great but very limiting. Everything feels hyper geared towards ice skills and I wish there were more options.

Give wolves some bleed and poison stuff, rabid bite like d2 would be great with snapshotting style of wolf.

Let wolves use the rake skill directly from spears, or something like the monk wildstrike. The shapeshifts just needs more skills overall.
