Druid's "Headhunter" Talisman Needs a Small Change or it's Useless

The unique talisman "The Flesh Poppet" states:
- Copy a random Modifier from each enemy in your Presence when you Shapeshift to an Animal form
- Modifiers gained this way are lost after 30 seconds or when you next Shapeshift

This is primarily used around a rare to steal a modifier when fighting them; however, the entire point of this class is to swap between animal forms, yet swapping animal forms clears the buffs you gained.

The unique should state that the buffs are lost after 30 seconds or when you next Shapeshift out of an Animal form.

I'd even say drop the 30 to 20 seconds if you need to make up for it, but as it is if you have any rotations with multiple animal forms, then this unique is utterly useless.
