Save Many Builds & Training Dummy

As the title says, It would be Nice to be able to have more than one Build on the same character, being able to swap builds with one click, like some other games have.

But the most important right now in my opinion is to be able to test our DPS against a training Dummy (at cities and/or at our safehouse) with a health bar like a Boss (showing our DPS numbers above It).
