Appeal and Communication Request: Regarding the 33-Day Chat Suspension on Account "Tzeho_FoV_Druids"

I believe this penalty is a result of a misjudgment and that its severity is disproportionate to the actual situation, for the following reasons:

During recent gameplay, having just entered the endgame mapping system, I needed to accumulate initial currency. To this end, I attempted to offer a service for completing the "Sacred Grove" map in the world chat channel in exchange for in-game currency. Throughout this process, I posted this service advertisement approximately a dozen times in total within the world channel. To avoid spamming any single channel and disrupting other players' experience, I consciously switched between the various public chat channels provided by the game (such as World, Trade, and Party). This was not an attempt to circumvent moderation but a reasonable use of game features to engage in normal player-to-player trading while adhering to community etiquette.

2. Confusion and Perceived Unfairness Regarding the Penalty
I understand and fully support the team's efforts to maintain order in the chat channels. However, this penalty has left me deeply confused and feeling unfairly treated:

Common Practice vs. Isolated Penalty: At the time of my suspension and continuously thereafter, the world channel has been filled with numerous players posting identical service advertisements, often at a higher frequency. My actions were a common, spontaneous, and widely accepted part of the current league's player-driven economy. If this activity itself violates the rules, then those rules should be applied equally to all players. If the rules permit such activity, then singling me out for a severe penalty constitutes what appears to be selective enforcement.

Excessively Harsh Penalty Severity: A 33-day chat suspension essentially deprives me of the core functionality of the world channel for social interaction, seeking help, and trading for nearly the entire current league. For a routine advertisement that did not spam the channel and was indistinguishable from the actions of countless other players, the severity of this punishment far outweighs any perceived "offense." It represents an imbalanced, "one-size-fits-all" approach that severely damages my gameplay experience.

3. My Player Identity and Community Investment
I am not an advertisement bot or a studio account, but a genuine player who loves the Path of Exile franchise. My Steam account shows over 1,300 hours played in the series, and I have fully participated in the last four leagues. I have always engaged with the game in a friendly manner and am happy to help newcomers when I can. This penalty feels not only like a misjudgment of my actions but also, on a personal level, a blow to the enthusiasm of a long-term supporter and active community member.

4. Core Appeals
Based on the above, I respectfully request that the support team:

Re-review the penalty applied to my account, examine the relevant chat logs, and clearly inform me of the specific rule clause I violated and the basis for the judgment.

Compare and examine the overall activity in the world channel both at the time of the penalty and during normal operation, to assess whether the enforcement standards are applied consistently and fairly.

Re-evaluate the reasonableness of the 33-day suspension. Even if my actions were deemed to have some minor fault, such a lengthy and severe restriction is not an appropriate corrective measure for a player with a long-standing positive record.

I love this game deeply and believe that a healthy, thriving community relies on clear, fair, and empathetic management. I sincerely hope this matter can receive careful and fair reconsideration.
