ANOTHER small SUGGESTION

Besides the other loads of issues I saw with the game, I realized that on other, not so popular, is that you don`t have a lot of build diversity in early game.
You mostly spend your time using, basically, the same two skills over and over up until end Game.

So I thought that one quick fix is to move those overly used skills (like Lightning Arrow, Contagion, etc.. - you know them) - to higher tier. So you are somehow forced to play something else - and use those "good" skills later.
