Horrible FPS in Jamanra 2nd phase arena

Once in the second phase arena FPS drops significantly, even when nothing is happening because the fight is over. Normally running 60 FPS capped and it stays there, but in that arena it almost seems like its capped at 40 for some reason. Was never an issue in previous versions, so I'm unsure what is going on now.
