Utzaal act 3 and Atziri statue

I'm i missing something?

In act 3 Utzaal we can see a statue of atziri with 4 arms and tits which happens when she communes with the beast as a corruption.

Now at the time we are in Utzaal that had not happened yet until the explosion which was the result of her doing the commune.

So how is there a statue of her in her corrupted form???
