My online loot filters aren’t working

When I create a new filter, it works until I log out. But when I log back in, it stops working. If I download the filter and use it offline, there’s no issue. The problem only happens with online filters.

is there anyway to fix it?

I've never heard of your issue. Go to your profile on the website, and in the bottom left under your profile you will see "item filters." Check to see if your filters are showing up there. Note that the platforms should match.
