Hardlocked in the grim tangle

My Mercenary is hardlocked in Act 1 Grim Tangle - no forward ,no out, no quest, no portal, not U - nothing is working or usable. I can only run in this startercage. I have waited for 30 min and its the same.- i cant get out there.

Other char´s working fine.
