Viper still has issues with the mechanic

Okay i just paly Viper for the first time this League and i experienced sth that should be fixed in future Patches. Not really a bug.

Viper went from Immortal Phase into another Immortal Phase.
One skill between. Its mostly a problem with high dmg i did a lot of dmg.

I dont think those mechanics should come right after another.
