Ice Bite etc. descriptions are misleading

I am a veteran of the game and read:
"Attacks Gain 25% of Damage as Cold Damage for 5 seconds on Freezing an enemy with Supported Skills"
as
"Supported Attacks Gain 25% of Damage as Cold Damage for 5 seconds on Freezing an enemy with Supported Skills".

While the long form description
"Supports Attacks and Warcries you use yourself. Freezing an enemy with supported skills infuses all of your Attacks with Cold damage for a short time."
does clarify all attacks this is difficult to read when being used to PoE1 descriptions. Hence I discarded those gems as weak/weird for 3 whole leagues

I would like the short for descriptions to be:
"All Attacks Gain 25% of Damage as Cold Damage for 5 seconds on Freezing an enemy with Supported Skills"

I feel like the 4 added characters make it much easier to read without making the short form description excessive.

This affects many skill gems intended to buff pay offs when doing their thing.
