Logbook won't open and trial boon bugged

I play on console, and apparently there's a big where Dannig won't open logbook on controller. I've seen other people posting on Reddit about it. I can't progress, this sucks. I've been having a lot more crashes and bugs than any other patch, idk what happened. Trials have been crashing constantly and the silver chalice boon won't work either
